BADGER

Great Pyrenees LGD

Badger has such a sweet nature.  He likes lots of lovin'.  He was raised with goats and is now raising his daughter, Q-tip, with our goats.  His head is wonderfully big!  He is such a handsome boy.  The first day we got him he was crying to go out to pasture with the goats.

MIA

Golden Retriever

Mia is her daddy's girl.  When Brad first got her he loved how she would sit still on her towel while he worked.  He had no idea how much energy she was hiding!  She is all Golden.  She and Samantha act as if they've been together since birth.

SAMANTHA

mutt (golden, chow, collie, ??)

Samantha loves her 'sister' Mia.  She is a timid dog, not seeing humans her first few weeks of life.  She has gotten much better and enjoys company.  But if you raise your voice or look at her funny, she high tails it!

7/8 Great Pyrenees LGD

When we picked up Abe, he wasn't too thrilled on the way home, but once he got in the goat pen, he started smiling and hasn't stopped since.  He loves his does!  When we loaded up the goats to go to Waco, he waited until the last one was out before he would leave the pen.  Even then he wasn't convinced he should leave.  He serves us well!  -- Abe suffered a brain injury then blood clot and lost his fight to guard his beloved goats on 1/1/07.  We will always miss him.
